General Description of the Feature
This feature is an enhancement for the external function type validation AutoHellasCheckOrderValidity (Code: 8D7008A0BF324DV). when the user creates an order this validation checks that in the BP the following fields are filled
- FederalTaxID,
- TaxOffice,
- Profession,
- LastName,
- FirstName,
- Address (City, ZipCode),
- PriceListNum,
- MobilePhone
The above fields should be updated in order the document to be generated.
AutoHellasCheckOrderValidity (Code: 8D7008A0BF324DV) was changed
and validation for the field “Middle Name" was removed.
Address Info
In a Private Business Partner address is retrieved from the Contact Person and in a Company Business Partner address is retrieved from the Business Partner.
Business Benefit
The field Middle Name is not always filled in consequently it cannot be mandatory.
