Problem
Make list is empty or incomplete
Solution
- Make sure that the make table has the requested values (XIS_MFCTCD)
- Check if the current user has permissions to see these Makes
- Check if the desired Makes are available in the Make list of the current company for this user: User Management - User Dimensions
- If you cannot see the Used Vehicle entry, even though the dimension exists in the setup, make sure that you have correctly configured the Used Vehicle case: Make Setup - Used Vehicle
- If you still cannot see the desired entry, then Refresh the cache on the following: DimensionPermission - IDMS_MakeVIew or restart the application. (Refresh cache: Refresh Cache for specific entity)
