Assuming that the SMS method is activated, the user can start communication with the contact person by choosing one of the existing templates, and click Send 
button.
If for the last 24 hours there was no new messages, then user will be informed that conversation is not active.
The user can send two types of messages:
- Text message
- Media message
In order to send a media message the user must click the Clip 
hyperlink on the bottom right and he will be prompted to upload and send files from the available list.
