All transactions along with the related documents created for a vehicle can be found in the tab Related grouped under predefined transaction categories (Leads, Opportunities, Purchase Leads, Appointments, Job Cards).
In the same tab, Tasks and Notes are also listed under the respective categories. Tasks and Notes as well as other related files can be added from the Action: Add Related. More information is available in this page: → Add Related
