Each form can be personalized from the user by selecting the fields that are available in the specific form.
A specific validation exists to secure that the mandatory fields cannot be excluded from the form. These fields are marked with the indicator *
The user can also define the validation setting in fields with regards to the Expression, Mask, and Max Length.
The BC 12098 is required for the user role to personalize forms.
In the following example some of the mandatory fields in the BP form are shown, as well as how one field that is not mandatory can be hidden from the form by using the form personalisation.
