General Description of the Feature

This feature is about improving the user experience in handling Inquiry.

With this feature the following processes have been improved:

  1. Inquiry disqualification

The user is able to filter the Ιnquiry grid list with a saved filter (e.g., something like “Generated Inquiries”): (In this example, the list shows 92 entries)

The user is able to select the inquiry by clicking "View" and then on the Inquiry card page he can select on "Actions" and click on "Disqualify Inquiry" option:

After confirming with “Disqualify Inquiry”, DSW redirects the user to the Inquiry grid list, considering the applied filter (if any). This would then result in the updated, filtered list showing 91 entries:

  2. Reassign a single Inquiry
In the Inquiry card page, the "Actions" menu offers the option "Reassign":

After clicking the button, the reassignment popup appears. The user selects the new user for the inquiry and confirms. After confirmation, DSW redirects the user to the Inquiry grid list, considering the applied filter (if any).

In the Inquiry grid list, the "Reassign" option is available at the last column in addition to the current “View” option:

After clicking the button, the reassignment popup window is displayed. The user selects the new user for the inquiry and confirms. After confirmation, DSW redirects the user to the Inquiry grid list, considering the applied filter (if any).

  3. Reassign multiple Inquiries

For the re-assignment of multiple inquiries, the already existing page “Inquiries Reassignment” remains. However, there are 2 points that have been optimized:

    1. After usage of the reassignment function, the Inquiry grid list is refreshed considering the selected filter (if any).
    2. A “Select All” checkbox has been introduced, assuming you are filtering for one specific user, and you have 15 inquiries to reassign as a result. This new checkbox save 15 clicks. (Only inquiries the user sees on the page can be selected by the “Select All” checkbox and processed by reassignment action. In case for more selections needed then continuous scroll implementation needed to include the additional entries. When the user uses reassignment action, the only inquires that had been selected on the page should be processed. It means that if 55 inquiries were filtered by query and the user selected 40 inquiries on that page, only 40 inquiries should be processed.)

  4. Communication from Inquiries
In the Inquiry card page, in addition to the reassign option at the "Actions" menu, also the “Communication” option is available (when the Inquiry Status is "Person Qualified"). The "Communication" option is available only if Inquiry has a relation with the Business Partner.
