General Description of the Feature

The new feature allows sales advisors to access key functionalities of OneDealer through a mobile application that is not natively developed but accessed via an iframe. Users can filter the vehicle inventory list, view detailed vehicle information, access the inquiry list, manage incoming inquiries, qualify Business Partners, and create Leads. Additionally, mobile notifications will inform users when new inquiries assigned to them are created, enhancing the responsiveness and efficiency of sales operations.

Users log in using their email, select their company, and enter their password. Once logged in, they are redirected to a web view of the OD application for mobile.

Inquiry entity

  • Sales advisors can view and filter a list of inquiries, and access detailed information about each inquiry across three tabs: Overview, Contact, and Interactions.
  • Sales advisors can assign inquiries to themselves from the list view.
  • Sales managers can assign unassigned inquiries or reassign already assigned inquiries to team members. The assigned user receives a push notification.

Vehicle entity

  • Sales advisors can navigate to the stock section, view and filter the inventory list, and access detailed information about each vehicle.

Notifications

  • Sales advisors receive push notifications for new inquiries, inquiry assignments, and inquiry escalations.
  • Sales advisors can manage their availability status and mute push notifications through their profile settings.

Business Benefit 

This mobile application enhances the efficiency of sales processes by providing sales advisors and managers with key functionalities on a mobile platform. It allows for better management of inquiries, access to vehicle stock information, and timely notifications, ultimately improving responsiveness and productivity.
