The Business Partner is a main entity in the system. The are two types of Business Partners that can be created: a) Company, b) Private
- if the Business Partner is created as a Company, then the user can create in the system at least one contact person as a main contact person. However, it is possible to have in the system many Contact Persons related to this Business Partner.
- if the Business Partner is created as a Private, then the contact person is created automatically with one-to-one relation.
As depicted in the pictures above, the ownership of the vehicles belongs to the Business Partner, and all documents produced during the different processes in the system are also linked to the Business Partner.
