Widget UX Details
Co-Browsing widget is displayed in Home Page Dashboard. In order to find this widget user selects the profile icon and then the option "Add Widget". At the next page user selects the widget to add to dashboard.

Widget Redirection
This widget is a Live queue of incoming client help requests
A possible customer visits My site and selects "Get Live help'. Then a ticket with a unique number is created which now appears in co-browsing widget. The sales person can press the link and navigate to My site.
The sales person and the prospect customer can use co-browsing facilities:
