In case of a retail order in DSW, the dealer status update or the manufacturer status (PO) update in the Incadea DMS, updates also the DMS Order Status field in the lead page.


In order to see the status update in DSW the following mapping must be created through the setup page of

https://neuro-incadea.onedealer.com/SetupEntities/List/SalesAndLeads/IDMS_DMSOrderStatus

In this setup page the DSW user can create the mapping for the already existing statuses in the Incadea DMS (ASA Update ORD. Status Setup) using the "ODIL Status value" for each status.


The user can select the "+" icon 


and in the pop-up window that opens he must enter the following values: 

  • Code

In the field "Code" the user must insert the "ODIL status value" for this status

  • Name

In the field "Name" the user must insert the Name for this status

  • Description

In the field "Description" the user must insert the description that will be displayed in the Lead page for this status

  • Resource Code

In the field "Resource Code" the user must insert the resource code of this status. 

and then select the "Create" button.

When all the existing values are mapped, then for every dealer (or manufacturer) status update in DMS, the status update is transfered to DSW, through the endpoint of POST (Update Sales Order)

When the vehicle is ready to be delivered to the customer (i.e. PDI Completed), proceed with process of "Vehicle Delivery"
