3.18.2 - Mandatory set "Repurchase Date" at the vehicle handover

General Description of the Feature

With this feature, the salesperson needs to enter the repurchase date for the vehicle on a lead before proceeding to the "vehicle delivery" stage.

Select a workflow from the Workflow grid list,

Open the selected workflow and find the stage vehicle delivery

Create a Transition "Add Repurchase Date"

Add in the Transition an External function: "Save Repurchase Date"

 Add in Transition a Required View "Get Repurchase Date"

Create Lead. After Offer and Order and in the Stage Vehicle "delivery" select the transition "Add Repurchase Date"

Complete the Repurchase Date In the popup window and click Save

This Date is stored in Data base in XIS_CARS table

Business Benefit 

This feature allows for the recording of the repurchase date to provide timely information to the customer as the date approaches.
