    1. Upload a signed document
    2. See the printed version of the Damage Report and sign it digitally

Description
  • Create a document of type Signed Damage Report as a copy of the Damage Report document
  • If the user uploaded a file then the printed file is this one
  • If the user signed digitally then we call the print provider so we can get the printed file with the signatures (for info on print provider setup see Setup Print Providers

    For example, this could have been created by the External Function "ODP_DamageReportD", as explained above
DSW Printing SetupIf the print provider for this type is set to "OD Internal" (Check Setup Print Providers), then the printed document is sent to the OD Notification Server for rendering. To check how you should name the document in the Notification Server, check the Document type mapping table in Workflow Document Template , where DocumentType is equal to 'SignedDamageReport'.
