3.18.1 - "Available for Leasing" field - Inventory Vehicle

General Description of the Feature

A new field, "Available for Leasing," has been incorporated into the Vehicle entity to indicate the vehicle's leasing availability. This field provides essential information regarding whether a vehicle is suitable for leasing purposes.

The "Available for Leasing" field is displayed as a switch field in the vehicle card page → tab "Details" → section "Vehicle Information" . Users can change and save its value which will be displayed accordingly. This placement provides users with comprehensive information about the leasing status of each vehicle.

List View

The "Available for Leasing" field is displayed as a column in the vehicles list, showing values as "Yes" or "No." Users can sort this column to quickly identify vehicles suitable for leasing.

Filters

A new filter for the "Available for Leasing" field has been introduced in the sidebar. Users can filter vehicles based on whether they are available for leasing or not by selecting "Yes" or "No" accordingly.

Print Provider

• Field Name: {Header.VehicleAvailableForLeasing}
• Data Type: True/False
• Usage: This field can be utilized in checkbox format to indicate the leasing availability of vehicles in printed documents.

Business Benefit 

The addition of the "Available for Leasing" functionality enhances user experience and streamlines vehicle management processes. Users can now easily identify vehicles suitable for leasing directly from the vehicles list and apply relevant filters for efficient searching.

Configuration 

No additional configuration is required for the functionality to be operational. The "Available for Leasing" field is automatically integrated into the Vehicles entity, list views, filters, and print provider settings, providing seamless access to leasing information for users.
