2.44-1.1. Currently the approval-button to create a lead or an opportunity is called "Create Inquiry", this button should be called "Create"

General Description of the Feature 

This Feature deals with the alteration in the button name "Create Inquiry"  to "Create" when the user generates a new lead.

The button should be called “Create” only, since the header already shows “Create Lead” or Create Opportunity” and “Create Inquiry” is the wrong wording.

Business Benefit 

As the “Create Inquiry” wording  to create a lead or opportunity is not the right wording and confuses the user, this amendment will make the lead creation much more clearer and easier to understand.
