With this selection of Menu Action Buttons user creates a Saved Search for a Vehicle.
In order to create a Saved Search for a Vehicle, the user completes the popup window.
The popup window is separated to the following sections :

2.Channel - mandatory field
3.Source - mandatory field
4.Active for - mandatory field
5.Contact Person - mandatory field - Make and Models
