General Description of the Feature
This new feature allows an authorized user to import in DSW a bulk inventory vehicles via an excel sheet . The authorized user downloads the specific excel sheet from DSW. Fills out the excel sheet with data related to inventory vehicles and then uploads the file in DSW.
Basic data logic validation(s)
During the excel file uploading process there are validations performed related to the correctness and the completeness of the data. In more detail:
- “the content” of the fields (fields are not allowed to be null) “XXX_missing value” error message will be displayed and
- “the type” of the fields (fields are not allowed to have different type than the one defined) “XXX_Invalid value”.
Business Benefit
An authorized user can import bulk inventory vehicles at the DSW.
