General Description of the
A new Workflow validation was created with the title “Order Validation Base”.
This validation bans the user from proceeding with the next workflow step if all mandatory fields are not entered.
Basic data logic validation(s)
The following Business Partner fields are mandatory and hence there is a validation introduced. If any of the mandatory fields is not entered then there is a pop-up message displayed.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Additional ID
- Phone
- Address
- GDPR fields
Business Benefit
This validation ensures that all data required for the creation of a Sales Order are available.
Configuration
This validation is available in the WF-sections and can be used during the process of designing a Workflow via the “Workflow Designer” tool.
