General Description of the Feature
This feature is related with the development of a new field called "CoCDocumentStatus", which is located in Vehicle card page at section Main Information of the Details tab. This field is drop down field and takes values from the option field "CoCDocumentStatus"
A new Business Case: 1354 has been created, due to which the users who have permission can edit this field and the users that don't have permission can only read this field.
Logging
Every time the value of this field changes a log is kept in the table @IDMS_S_LOGGING
The log contains the following values:
- The Vehicle ID
- The Date and Time the fields CoC Document Status
- Coc Document status previous value
- CoC Document Status changed value
- The user’s ID who made the change
Printing
There are two new printing parameters that they print the selected value of the the field CoCDocumentStatus of the vehicle:
- For the Vehicle Printouts: {CoCDocumentStatus}. Which appears in the document printed from the vehicle card page
- For the Document Printouts: {Header.CoCDocumentStatus}. Which appears in the Printable files of the related tab generated for a Sales workflow.

This feature will help users to take a report about the CoCDocumentStatus field
