The system gives the possibility to reserve a vehicle for a specific period, business partner and reason.
When this action is selected then a pop-up appears and the user fill the following information:
- Schedule Reservation Start Date: Select the desired Date
- Schedule Reservation End Date: Select the desired Date
- Contact person: Select the desired from the drop-down list of contact persons
- Reservation Type: Select a reservation type from the drop-down list
- Reservation Reason: Free text in order to state the reservation reason
When the user clicks SAVE button, the reservation will be restored and will be visible in the vehicle card page in the section Active Reservations of the tab Reservation.
An active Reservation can be cancelled. After cancelling it, the reservation is visible at the section Reservation History.
If there is an integration with a DMS, then the reservation as well as the cancellation are sent to DMS.
