The user has a complaint in status Research/ Analysis complete and he chooses as next step "Solution found'. Then the 'Add a new Solution' screen opens and the user navigates to Solution Details. From the plus sign '+' on the top right the user can "Add predefined solution". A pop up for predefined solutions opens and the sales person chooses from the drop down list one presses 'Save' then adds  Finance and presses the 'disk' on the bottom right. A new event is now planned with the title "Inform customer".
