General Description of the Feature

This feature is an enhancement of the already existing Interactions tab functionality. With the new design, if a documented activity, made through a lead, opportunity, complaint or purchase lead, generated a document, this document will be displayed on the "Attachment" column with the mark "Document".

By clicking on this mark, the respective printable of the document will open.

(warning) Important

Each action a user is doing on a workflow, consists of an activity.

  • In the cases where multiple documents have been created in the same lead and for the same purpose (i.e. Offer document) but through different actions taken by the user (i.e. "Create Offer" transition), then multiple activity actions will be created in the interactions tab and each offer will be displayed in the respective action that was generated from.
  • In the case where multiple documents have been created in the same lead and for the same purpose (i.e. Offer document & Precontractual document) but through the same action taken by the user (i.e. "Create Offer" transition), then one activity action will be created in the interactions tab and the documents will be displayed under the same action that were generated from. The mark in the "Attachment" column will change to "Document (<No. of documents>)" (i.e. "Document (2)") and when clicking on it a pop-up will open prompting the User to select which of the documents wants to open.

Business Benefit

The Sales Advisors are able to keep track of each customer activity with the company, including the documents generated and provided to him/her, through the Business Partner card page and without the need to access each lead, opportunity, complaint and purchase lead separately.
