The following process describes the workflow steps that are performed in order to deliver an Ordered vehicle to the customer.

The DSW opens the Lead that is in "Order" stage and the DMS Order status should be "PDI Completed" which means that the vehicle is ready to be delivered to the customer.

Then the user can select the activity of "Delivery Appointment"

enter the preferred timeslot (date and time) that the vehicle appointment will be scheduled

and then select the "disk" icon in the lower right corner to save the activity.

At that time an e-mail is sent to the customer for the vehicle delivery appointment date and time.

When the scheduled time comes and the customer arrives to the dealership to deliver the vehicle the DSW user has to select the workflow activity of "Delivery Completed" and then select the disk button in order to save the activity

Now the vehicle is delivered to the customer and he receives a "Thank you" e-mail from the dealership for the purchase of the vehicle.

Last step in order for the Lead to be closed (as a won case) is for the DSW user to select the activity of "Satisfied Customer" and then save the activity. This last step is just a workflow configuration and could be skipped if the workflow design is decided to be changed.
