In the tab Activities, the user can select the current activity (as a result of executing this activity), and based on a predefined workflow of activities, the system can schedule the next activity. The system can set when this activity will take place, what will be the duration of the activity, and if any other user must be invited when the activity is taking place. 

The above information is predefined in the workflow set-up, however the user can edit the start date, and time as well as the duration of the next activity. 


The main activities for lead and similarly for an opportunity are: 

  • Schedule Follow Up
  • New Visit Appointment
  • Test Drive Appointment
  • Offer
  • Offer follow-up
  • Order
  • Order follow-up
  • Delivery Vehicle

After choosing an activity the user must click on the save  button at the right bottom of the form.
