General Description of the Feature
We needed a graphical interface where service advisors can see the tasks (jobs) assigned to the mechanics in chronological order and by status. For example, which task is being worked on, which one is delayed, or which one is completed, etc. Vertically the mechanics, horizontally the time can be seen.
