General Description of the Feature
A new WF External Function is introduced with the name: “Change Vehicle Status to Customer and change Owner”. By using this external function at a specific Workflow step, the VOI “Vehicle Status” field is set to “Customer Vehicle” and the “Owner” field is set to “Business Partner” name.
Business Benefit
To control the update of the owner field and of the vehicle status field when the user chooses a specific WF step, i.e. Confirm Sales Order.
Configuration
This external function is available at the section of “External Functions” and can be used during the process of designing a Workflow via the “Workflow Designer” tool.
