General Description of the Feature
This function deals with an enhancement with the contracts. Specifically we have three new pages:
1)Contract Group
Here the user can add a contract group by clicking in "+"
2)Contract Types
Here the user can add a contract type by clicking in "+"
3)Contract Templates
Here the user can add a contract template by clicking in "+" and they can select the filters for the contract templates
During the creation of an offer contracts are selected from the user by clicking the button + in the contract's field. Two pop-ups are displayed which are for selecting the contact group and the relationship with the business partner or the vehicle
After the selections the page with all available contracts is loaded
The selected contracts are displayed in the offer page
4) Add Contract in a Sales Lead
In the Activities tab the user can select "Create Offer"
and then click add contracts
Next step is to select a group of contracts. If all existing contract templates in the database are in the same group, this window will be skipped
In the following window the user can select the desired contracts to add to the offer
The contracts are added. The user now can press button to apply and then save
The next step is to "create order"
Now the sales person can select the sentence created in the previous step and save.
Then the sales person can check the created contracts by navigating to business partner page that relates to this Lead. On the tab "Contracts" in the section "Realized Contracts" the user can see new created contracts
The user can also edit Realized Contract and Delete a Realized contract
Renew Contract (create a new contract based on realized)
On the business partner page in the Contracts tab there is an option to create a new offered contract from a realized contract
In the popup window, the user can change some of the parameters
As a result, the user can see the new offered contract in the relevant section
Create ad-hoc Offer for new Contract
On the business partner page, in the Contracts tab, the user can create a new offered contract
Accept Contract Offer
On the business partner page in the Contracts tab, the user can accept the offered contract.
When accepting the offered contract, it goes into the section of real contracts. It is removed from the section of offered contracts
Decline Contract Offer
On the business partner page in the Contracts tab, the user can decline the offered contract. The offered contract is removed.

New Administration and Process pages:
- Contract Group: ~/SetupEntities/ContractGroupGridList
- Contract Types: ~/SetupEntities/ContractTypeGridList
- Contract templates: ~/SetupEntities/ContractTemplatesGridList
Printing
In order to print Offered Contract template and Renewed Contract template the following names will be used:
- Offered Contract template name: OfferedContractPrintTemplateName
- Renewed Contract template name: RenewedContractPrintTemplateName
On the Print Provider for Business set up; URL: ~/SetupEntities/PrintProviderForBusinessType the files should have checked a printing provider (i.e. One Dealer Internal)
