The creation or the update of the business partner is a bi-directional integration. The creation and the updated API is triggered either by the BP create or update in DSW or by the Customer create or update in DMS.
The same API is triggered in the creation of a sales order linked to a specific lead, where except the sales order details, the BP integration API is triggered to transfer changed customer information.

Exceptions
When the field of “Mobile Phone” of a BP in DSW is updated then:
- If the BP is private, then in Incadea DMS the field of “Home Mobile Phone No” is updated
- If the BP is company, then in Incadea DMS the field of “Mobile Phone No” is updated.
GDPR Preferences
GDPR Preferences are updated both directions but without transferring any document with the signed consents of the customer.
