This action allows the user to change the Owner of the specific vehicle. This action is available for those vehicles that already have an Owner.
The user selects Action>>Change owner and a pop-up appears. The fields are already pre-filled with the current owner and actual vehicle's odometer.
In order to change the owner the user must fill the following fields:
New Owner: Select a BP from the drop-down list
Main contact person: Select the desired from the drop-down list of contact persons.
Ownership Transfer Date: It is pre-filled with the actual system date, however the user can change it.
Mileage: The actual car's odometer at the time of ownership's change.
The change of the owner will be available in the tab History at the vehicles card page. The new owner will be in Owners/ Active section and the the previous will appear in history section.
