In order to create an inquiry with Vehicle Smart Contract as an interest, you must call the OD service: CreateInquiryInterestByCase (~/Files/Services/ODInquiryServices.onesrv?m=CreateInquiryInterestByCase)

When an inquiry through the above mentioned service is created a new tab “Inquiry Interest” is available at the inquiry page.

The Inquiry Interest tab consist of the following menu-pages:

Vehicle Preview - This menu shows a preview of the selected vehicle, the same way as in “Preview Vehicle” page. Shows data related to the vehicle such as, Model, Make, Engine, Features and so on.

Trade-In Vehicle - This menu shows any trade-in vehicle data. 

Add-ons & Discounts - This menu shows any extra items loaded in interest, separated into three categories. These categories are: Add-ons (item type of ‘addon’), Discounts (item type of ‘benefit’) and Gifts (item type of ‘gifts’).

Financial - This menu shows any financial information related to this contract.

Payments - This menu shows any payment information. 

Open in Platform - by clicking on this, a new tab will open showing the same data on an external platform.
