General Description of the Feature

This feature deals with an enhancement in the Business Partner creation. Specifically when a new Business Partner is created without an Address then a default address with the necessary data (Country) for the DMS is sent to it which can be defined by a new setup key: "DefaultBpCountryCode: Default Country Code"
