General Description of the Feature
When the sales person tries to create a Lead using a BP who has open Leads before the Order stage, the system shows the open Leads. If the sales person selects one of these, the VOI for the new Lead is added to the existing Lead. If the sales person does not select any of the open Leads, a new Lead is created.
