General Description of the Feature
Integration with SIFCR has been enhanced to cover two different phone types based on the Business Partner Type. In detail:
- Business Partner - Company
- fixedPhone (RLead) = Telephone 1 (NMT) = phoneNumber (SIFCR)
- The field "mobilePhone" from RLead → stored in the field "MobilePhone" in NMT InquiryBuffer → transferred in the field "MobilePhone" in OCRD and OCPR → send in the Lead creation to SIFCR in the field "contactperson.phone" = "clientrepresentative.phone".
The field "fixPhone" from RLead → stored in the field "Telephone 1" in NMT InquiryBuffer → transferred in the field "Telephone 1" in OCRD and OCPR → send in the Lead creation to SIFCR in the field "businesspartner.phone" = "client.phone"
- Business Partner - Private
- mobilePhone (RLead) = Mobile Phone (NMT) = phoneNumber (SIFCR)
- The field "mobilePhone" from RLead → stored in the field "MobilePhone" in NMT InquiryBuffer → transferred in the field "MobilePhone" in OCRD and OCPR → send in the Lead creation to SIFCR in the fields "businesspartner.phone" = "client.phone" and in the "contactperson.phone" = "clientrepresentative.phone".

Business Benefit
