3.17.1 - Greek Localization: Marketplace internal/external images

General Description of the Feature

The functionality described here is developed specifically for Greek Localization tenants, including Autohellas, Autobesikos, and OpelHellas. It introduces several enhancements aimed at improving the management of vehicle photos and integration with external marketplaces.

One of the key features is the organization of photos into three distinct groups: "Exterior," "Interior," and "Other." All existing photos are initially categorized under the "Other" group. Users have the flexibility to rearrange photos within the same group by dragging and dropping them. Additionally, they can move photos between groups by dragging them to the desired category.

Upload Photo Actions

To streamline the photo upload process, three separate upload photo actions have been introduced, each corresponding to one of the three photo groups. When users upload photos, they are automatically added to the selected group. These actions retain the functionality of the old upload photo action and are associated with the existing Business Case 12011.

Marketplaces Integration

The categorization of photos into distinct groups also extends to the integration with Softly and CarGR, two external marketplaces available in the Greek market. While Softly already supports this categorization, for CarGR, a specific ordering mechanism has been implemented. Before uploading photos to CarGR, they are first sorted based on their respective groups (Exterior, Interior, Other) and then by their original order when uploaded in DSW.
