General Description of the Feature
This feature is related to the Technician Module ODP-5592, more specifically it replaces the Work Status Overview page in a more sophisticated and user-friendly interface.
Work Status Dashboard

This page shows the technician job allocations in a calendar format per day for a specific location.
It is important to note that this interface is not a data entry interface, but a dashboard designed to provide a quick and straightforward overview. Allocation is done in the service planner.
Each line represents a technician and their planned Jobs (Customer Concerns).
There are two different views:
- Expanded: by clicking the job card number the whole line can be expanded, to show a more detailed view on the CC with the fields:
Job Card ID, Status, (alert), job description, license plate, service advisor, business partner, puck up time, start time, end time - Collapsed: If the line is not expanded, it should show the following information:
Job Card ID, Status, (alert), job description
The available dates and times in the calendar are based on the Workshop Dispo tool Location Calendar setup, which means that then the location filter changes, the available dates are recalculated.

Cases
- day not available in location calendar — effect: the day is not available in the Dashboard
- day available in location calendar but defined as non-working day — effect: the day is not available in the Dashboard
- day available in location calendar but has a different start/end time than the common — effect: different start/end times fetched correctly
Customer Concern Statuses
In the right side of the page’s header, the Customer Concern Statuses are shown and below them are the current number of technician allocations for each status for the location and date selected.
Clicking on the displayed number opens a popup containing a Grid List of technician allocations along with their connected job card information.
Filters
The filters located in the top right are the following:
- Status: The descriptions of the statuses inserted in the Customer Concern Status Setup page.
- Location: The locations grouped under each branch the user has access to. If there is one location per branch for each branch, then only the location name appears.
- Service Advisor (list determined by the Location filter):
The service advisors of the branch based on the teams the current user is part of.
If the user is a manager in a team, then all the service advisors of the team are shown, otherwise he can see only himself.
On the top left there is a control to change the date. The available dates (which can be selected) are based on the Workshop Dispotool Location Calendar setup, which means that then the location filter changes, the available dates are recalculated. Furthermore, the “Today” button changes the day to the current day, the button with the right arrow changes the day to previously available date and the right arrow button similarly changes the day to the next available date.
If there is a call center, it is a good idea to give the call centre administrators a manager role within the team, so that they can easily see the full calendar, i.e. all service advisors and their technicians with all the assigned jobs.
Changing the location or date updates the calendar with new data, while changing the status and service advisor filters the already loaded data.
Technician allocations
The technician allocations are retrieved based on the location and the working day selected and are displayed in the table. The position of the allocations matches their start and end times with the calendar hours (minimum shown duration is 15 minutes). Each allocation shows the Job Card presentation number, as a link which opens the Job Card page, the Customer Concern description, and its status.
The appearance of the allocation box varies based on its status, as illustrated below.

Business Benefit
The goal was to improve the user experience and bring all the information is required to the Service Advisor / Service Manager to be able to monitor the Job cards which are planned/ in progress in the workshop.
