3.3.2 - Sign via "Smart Pen/Board"

General Description of the Feature

This feature deals with the enhancement of the signature pop-up, in order to support signing via "Smart Pen/Board", for every document that requires signature.

Within the sign pop-up a new action is available (controlled via Business Case) called, "Smart Pen/Board". When this action is selected, the signature area opens in full screen with 3 available actions:

1. Clear → Clears the signed area to let the user sign again
2. Save → Saves the drawn area and transfers the signature into the actual signature pop-up
3. "X" → Closes the full screen removes any drawn signature

When in full screen the customer can use a "Smart Pen/Board" or a regular mouse to add their signature.

Business Benefit

Possibility to use "Smart Pen/Board" in all the sign document processes.
