At the top center of any page the user can find the Quick search/Enterprise search field. With this field the user can search any information or any data stored in the DSW DB.
When the user is using the search outside of a grid list then the system will search for the specific string and will display the results as presented below:
If the same search function is used from within a grid list, then the system prompts the user to select the area for searching with results shown below:
- Search in the current grid list
- Search in DSW
In the Global Search when searching for a BP, in the list of related transactions group the user can select between:
- Leads
- Opportunities
- Purchase Leads
- Complaints
- Vehicles
- Job cards
- Contact Persons
