General Description of the Feature
This feature is a complete enhancement/refactor of the calculation scales that are taken into consideration when calculating the Road Tax & Registration Fee in the Opel project. The whole functionality is described here 2.67.2 - Opel Hellas: Registration Fee + Road Tax in detail.
The changes consist only of the two scales that are used during the algorithm and calculation. The relevant documentation has been updated with the new correct screenshots regarding the scales.
