General Description of the Feature

A new section ‘Overview’ has been added to the tab Overview for the Lead/Opportunity.
The new section consists of the following elements:

1. Lead price breakdown with offer switch:
a. Offer switch - general switch, changes the data in the whole section. By default, the data is represented from active order or offer, but SA should be able to switch between previously created offers. Once switched from drop-down menu - the whole section should be updated and represent chosen Offer details
b. Price breakdown - represent the exact pricing breakdown as represented in the Offer preview section
2. Active Vehicle info:
a. Vehicle picture
b. Make
c. Model or Model as a comment
d. VIN
e. Vehicle Type
f. Net Basic Price
3. The Vehicle Items (All non-standard items added in the offer, Sales Incentives):
a. Item Type
b. Code
c. Title
d. Price
e. Discount
f. Final Price
4. The Vehicle Standard Options:
a. Code
b. Title
5. Finance:
a. Bank / Financing Company
b. Advance Payment Amount
c. Credited Capital
d. Number of Installments

6. The Vehicle Payments:
a. Payment Date
b. Payment Method

7. The Vehicle Service Contracts:

The User can switch between available Offers

By selecting a previous offer the previous offer details are displayed

There is a situation in which some data is missing in some Offers, for example Contracts (Service Contracts). In this case, the toggle button that is used to display the table for the missing data is hidden.


Availability

For version 2.68, this functionality should be used only in environments that create leads with Interest Type vehicles from the inventory.

In later version, it will be enhanced to work for all the other interest types.

Business Benefit

Up until now the User (e.g., sales advisor) was not able to quickly catch up on the Lead/Opportunity offer details - the system was pushing him to switch between different tabs to have a complete picture. Now the User has has the possibility to see all the relevant details of all available offers.
