General Description of the Feature
An enhancement is made in the Inquiry Grid List and inside the Inquiry under the Details Tab.
One more field "Processed by" is added to the Inquiry Grid List view. Automatically fulfil field with the First name + Last name of the employee processed an Inquiry.
Two more fields to the tab Details inside Inquiries are added, the field "Processed by" and the field "Location" which is a custom field for the inquiry API.
Processed By: The inquiries that are "In Process" (which means the Lead/Opp has been created) are not shown in the list at the moment and the "Processed by" is only filled when the inquiry is Disqualified or In Process.
Location: This is a custom field through the page /SetupEntities/CustomFieldsMappingGridList?RelationCode=InquiryAPI. The Location will be shown in the Details tab of the inquiry.
When an Inquiry is posted from an external system using the Inquiry API, example: Post URL: https://od-qa-decouple.onedealer.com/Files/Services/ODInquiryServices.onesrv?m=CreateInquiryInterestByCase and this API contain the proper value for the "Location" then the created Inquiry inside DSW will display the information's.

Business Benefit
The User will have the possibility to see from which User the Inquiry is processed and he will be able to see inside the inquiry the Location of the created Inquiry.
Configuration
In order the Location to be available in the Details tab of the Inquiry the following Mapping must be executed in the admin page "Custom Fields Mapping": ~/SetupEntities/CustomFieldsMappingGridList?RelationCode=InquiryAPI
Here the admin User defines where the “Location” will be stored in the DB Table IDMS_INQBUFFER_NORMALIZED_VIEW example: “U_IDMS_StrProperty2” field
