General Description of the Feature

In some AVAG specific Workflows, the order document is automatically created and saved under related tab before order approval by the sales manager. However, one specific workflow is excluded, due to the Dispotool functionality (=In-house software to send relevant order data to the disposition department). Therefore, in this specific workflow, an order document is not created until the sales manager approves the order request. 

But the sales advisor needs the order document before the approval by the sales manager.

Business Benefit

Through this new external function, the sales advisor is able to create order documents in the specific workflow with Dispotool functionality without waiting for the approval through the sales manager.

This new external function “ODP_OrderP” needs to be added into all transitions, where an order document is created.
