2.56-2. Display the internal OneDealer Item Code or DMS Item Code if exist as Item Code in Offer sheet – Retail and Wholesale Lead

General Description of the Feature

Display in the Offer sheet of a Lead (Retail and Wholesale) the DMS Code in all 'Code' fields such as vehicle options, manual added items, auto document lines, sales incentives, and service contracts, if the DMS Code exists.

In case there is no DMS Code available, then the internal OD code will be displayed as Item Code.

• A flyout in all code fields of the offer sheet will display the following:
  • DMS Code: {DMS code}
  • OneDealer Code: {OD internal}

• In the edit popup page of the Item a new read only field ‘DMS Code’ is added:

• A New field ‘DMS Code’ on vehicle card page is added:

• Enterprise Search includes the Field "DMS Code" and the User has the possibility to search from the “Quick search” the DMS Code in OneDealer:

Business Benefit

The User to is able to see in the Offer sheet the DMS Code (If available), otherwise, in case there is no DMS Code available, the internal OD Code will be displayed as Item Code. He will be able to distinguish what Item Code is displayed, if it is the DMS Code or the internal OD code.

The User can use the "Quick search" in OneDealer to search for the DMS code for a vehicle and find the corresponding results.
