Reservation_VOI_Stock_Locator.pngA specific VIN can be reserved also if the user selects the activity "Reserve Vehicle" in the sales workflow.
This scenario is possible if the VOI is selected from the Stock Locator. The reservation is passed to the DMS by triggering the end-point Reserve Vehicle.
The duration of the reservation is controlled by the value in the set-up key: and the end-date is calculated automatically. The status: "Reserved" is displayed in the Stock Locator grid-list for all vehicles having active reservations.
The reservation can be cancelled by selecting the activity: Cancel reservation from within the sales workflow. In this case the reservation cancellation is passed to DMS and the reservation is cancelled.
