2.46-99.2. Issue with the Ownership information in the "History" tab

Description of the Bug 

• The current owner in the "Active" section has no BP ID
• In the "Change Date" the time is is neither the current time nor "Ownership Transfer Date" since it has to time.

Resolution 

A fix was developed which corrected the above issue. 

• The BP ID of the Active BP was added and now is displayed in the relevant column
• The time was removed completely from the column  "Change Date" and now it contains the selected "Ownership Transfer Date" of the previous BP.
