2.43-4. Salesperson-Service Advisor visibility of presence/absence (green dot / red dot) in case of assignment.

General Description of the Feature

It is needed the users in DSW and DASW to be able to see the current login status of each other. The status should be displayed with a green dot (=logged in) and red dot (=logged out).

The user’s status should be visible for all other users, there are no user- or group-specific distinctions needed.

The user’s status should be visible in every relevant page. It is especially important in pages in which activities are assigned and related to other users or also in cases of collaborations.

In the list below is described in which processes, sections and functions the User Status Symbol will be visible:
