This section will appear in the tab every time a Trade-In vehicle is added in the lead and has related documents, which are added through the new “Select (Add Related)” button in the “Add Trade-In Vehicle” pop-up form (Exhibit A). These documents are marked and differentiate in the database with the Enum 65 = TradeIn, table: @IDMS_RELATEDFILE and field U_IDMS_EntityName.

D. Printing Document object

All the new fields should be exposed as new parameters for the internal OneDealer printing provider as well as the external printing providers.

For the external printing providers, the field “Print on Offer/Contract” will control if the system will send (or not) the Trade-In data to the external printing provider.

E. Automatic Note within the offer sheet

The Trade-In info in the Notes-Field must be enhanced to also display the final price that the customer must pay.

The new message should be enhanced as follows:

“The Vehicle with VIN: <>, License plate: <>, and Mileage <> km, will be taken as Trade In for the price of <> €.

The customer has to pay (Total incl. VAT): <> €.”

In the case where the user will edit/change the field “Offer Price” through the edit button, then the message in the “Notes” field must be updated with the latest correct final price.
