General Description of the Feature

Business Partner Group creation for a set of existing Business Partners and overview. 


BP Group gridlist can be accessed through the 9 dot main menu 


The creation of a new BP Group is possible through the BP Group gridlist by using the "plus" icon 


and also from the general "plus" icon of the DSW



When choosing one of the above, the following pop-up window opens containing the fields of:

  • Group name
  • Type (Customer, Lead, Vendor)
  • Bussiness Partner (grid list to select the assosiated BP to the group)
  • Main Company Name (choose the main company BP from the Business Partner that you choose to the previous control)
  • Industrial Sector (choose an assosiated industrial sector)
  • VIP (check box to select if the BP Group will be indicated as VIP)


BP Groups grid list shows all the available groups and some information for each one such as:

  • BP Group Type
  • Including Bps 
  • Main Company Name (Represents a BP that you choose to be the main for this Group)
  • Total Revenue
  • Number of Vehicles (Represents the amount of vehicles that business partner of the group are associated with) 
  • Last Sales Activity (Represent the latest sales activity of one of the BP of the group)
  • Last Workshop Activity (Represent the latest closing time from Jobcard of one of the BP of the group)



The BP Group page is consisted of the following tabs and each one of them contains all the information for all the Business Partners that are assigned to this BP Group: 

  1. Overview
  2. Vehicles
  3. Leads / Opportunities
  4. Complaints
  5. Revenue 





Basic data logic validation(s)

While creating a new BP Group, in the pop-up form that opens, the fields of "Group Name" and "Type" are mandatory.

Business Benefit

With this feature it is be possible to create "BP-Groups" for existing Business Partners and have all the important information about the BP Group and all of it's contents in an overview.

Configuration 

Access to the BP Group creation and overview is granted to the user when he has the "Business Case ID 9381" assigned to his role.

Values for the Industrial Sector field can be added through Option Fields with:

  • Entity Name: BP
  • Field: IndustrialSector
