  1. Click the plus button on the top right. The customer Concerns list appears
  2. Click Select on the right side of the related concern in order to choose it. A new entry is created in the customer concerns table of Customers concern tab


If the customer concern added is a package al the related items are added one by one

NOTE: When a job card or an appointment is created the customer informs the user what is the problem of the vehicle, this is the customer concern.
