  1. Click the plus button on the top right. The customer Concerns list appears
  2. Click Select on the right side of the related concern in order to choose it. A new entry is created in the customer concerns table of Customers concern tab

When a job card or an appointment the customer informs the user what is the problem of the vehicle, this is the customer concern.
