A sales lead can be reassigned to a Team. The reassignment action is allowed for users that have specific authorization to do so (BC1530BC 1851)

In the popup window the user must fill-out the following mandatory fields:

  • Branch - the The branch to which the reassignment will be done.
  • Location - the  The location to which the reassignment will be done.
  • Team - the The team to which the reassignment will be done.
