- Vehicle status: It is updated manually or from external functions of the workflow depending on the sales process. Examples: New Vehicle, Used Vehicle, Customer Vehicle, etc..
- Mileage: it is update by the Job card, or can be also updated manually by selecting the action: Odometer.
- Make: a mandatory field, the values are taken from the model tree.
- Model as a comment: when there is no defined family or model for this vehicle, this field is important since it is used in the inventory grid list
- VIN: Important information especially when integrating with external systems such as DAT3. In addition the field is checked from an external function that can create vehicles in the inventory published by the DMS.
- Model year: Information used in various set-up related to labor, services, contracts, etc...
- Fuel type: in certain cases the tax is different depending on the fuel type (i.e. electric cars have no tax)
- Vehicle availability status: can be defined manually, but when there is an interface with a DMS, this field it is automatically update by the DMS
- Purchase Receipt or Purchase Invoice date: Used to calculate the Days in Stock.
- Salable: when, Yes the car is available for sale.
- Owner / Sponsor: Mandatory for vehicles with status: Customer Vehicle Vehicle
- License Plate: mandatory for vehicles with status: Customer Vehicle Vehicle
- Cost: mandatory field for the calculation of gross margin
- Net basic price: the net retail price of the vehicle
- DAT3 Last evaluation on / DAT3 Last evaluation by: Updated in case of DAT3 integration
- Labor Type: inherited by the model, or can be also added manually. Used to locate the correct labor price in DASW
- Differential Taxation: If Yes then the resolved VAT code will be overwritten with the value of the setup key “DifferentialTaxVatCode”.
- Branch / Location: the branch and the location of the vehicle. Users having in their dimensions this branch and this location can only view the car.
- VAT Product Group: Mandatory field, used in combination with VAT Business group and Financial group to pick the correct VAT during the offering.
In order to save any changes made to the vehicle information, the user selects the 
button on the bottom right corner.
